Your ticket is 100% digital and tied to your personal account. Please download the official festival app or save the QR code directly to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arrival.

This event is strictly 18+. We operate a Challenge 25 policy at all bars.

You must present a valid physical government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID Card) upon entry. Student IDs and photocopies are not accepted.

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled.

If you can no longer attend, you may securely resell your ticket via our official resale partner platform. Ticket transfers are locked 24 hours before doors open.

Doors open at 18:00. Last entry is at 22:00. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues.

Small bags (max A4 size) are permitted but will be searched. Professional cameras, outside food/drink, and sharp objects are prohibited. Check the full entry guidelines for details.
